The output ET indicates the elapsed time from when the input IN is activated until the input state of IN is transmitted to the output Q. Does \"put through to\" here mean connection or activation? And what is a suitable translation for \"expired time\"?
From a syntactic perspective, this \"expired time\" refers to the period during which the input IN is in that state before it switches to the output Q state. I’m not sure if there is a specific term used in professional contexts for this; however, there shouldn’t be any issues with understanding it

This term refers to the delay logic involved in function blocks in instrumentation technology. I now conclude this post successfully: The output ET indicates the elapsed time from when the input IN is activated until the input status of IN is transmitted to the output Q. In other words, output ET shows the duration from the moment the input IN signal is turned on until the input status reaches the output Q.
The output ET shows the elapsed time from when the input IN is activated until the input state of IN is transmitted to the output Q. Until the input state of IN is connected to the output Q, the output ET indicates the elapsed (previous) time, as the input IN has not yet started functioning.
