I would like to ask fellow sailors: What type of oil does each of these indicators correspond to, and is it possible to decolorize it?

Dear sea friends: The client provided me with two oil samples; the test results are as follows. However, they refuse to tell me what type of oil it is or whether it can be decolorized Therefore, I would like to ask for your advice. Thank you! Wishing you a happy New Year! ! ! Sample 1 Sample 2 Black liquid Black liquid Flash point: 99°C 35°C Density: 1.0169 0.97 Initial boiling point: 230°C Initial boiling point: 179°C 50%: 233°C 265°C 90%: 248°C 365°C (86.5%) 95%: 265°C Mechanical impurities: 0.50% Viscosity: 3.13–5.61 (20°C) Copper corrosion: 3a 3a Acidity: 82.3–816.3 Cold filter point: -4°C –16°C℃
It might be coal tar, and it cannot be decolorized.
Could it be coal tar? But the viscosity doesn’t seem to match; especially the various parameters for Sample 2. Does any other member have different opinions?
Coal tar can probably be decolorized as well, right?
