After natural gas is compressed to 25 MPa by a compressor, how should the relevant piping materials be selected? (Pipeline wall thickness, standards, material, etc. Should valves use flanges, welding, or other connection methods?) 2. Today, I was studying a flow diagram of a gas station. After compression at 25 MPa, the pipe selected was D25X4. Logically, its nominal diameter should be DN20. But the valve chosen was DN15 instead? 3. For this same flow diagram, the D25X4 pipe was chosen for the outlet pipeline of the main station’s compressor with a capacity of 10,000 NM3/h; similarly, D25X4 was also selected for the outlet pipeline of the sub-station’s compressor with a capacity of 3,000 NM3/h. Is he wrong, or is it standard practice to use D25X4 pipes for the outlets of compressors at gas refueling stations (to accommodate storage wells and the nozzles of dispensers)? However, I also saw in the relevant codes that the velocity at the compressor outlet should not exceed 5 m/s. 4. Are the specifications of the natural gas compressors in the pressure stations fixed at present, and what are the available specifications? 5.
