Can a copper-ammonia solution used for manual analysis of oxygen content be prepared directly from copper sulfate, ammonia water, and water, to analyze oxygen? I used to prepare it with copper wire along with ammonium chloride, ammonia water, and water, but it was too troublesome to change it. So I’d like to make some changes; please help analyze whether it’s possible
This is the principle behind Austenite gas analysis; this type of instrument works in this way, and if it seems too troublesome, then other analyzers must be used. Reagent preparation instructions are generally available online.
