Design method for cold-accompanying pipelines

For existing liquefied hydrocarbon pipelines, the process requirements dictate the use of cooling water at -20 degrees Celsius for cooling; this can be achieved through pipe intercooling or jacketed cooling. Relevant standards specify the use of steam heating and hot water jackets for heating, but I’m not sure whether there are any standards related to cooling as well Or please advise on the method for keeping it cold and the precautions to take
There are no specific requirements; anti-corrosion paint should still be applied between stainless steel and carbon steel~

Yes, may I ask in which specification the requirements for heat tracing are specified? I’m looking for it. I’ve noticed that in some cases related to sulfur recovery, the temperature of the heat tracing doesn’t reach the required level; I’m about to do some calculations regarding this
