How are the intensity levels of physical labor classified? (First level of physical labor intensity, second level of physical labor intensity, third level of physical labor intensity, fourth level of physical labor intensity)
2.1 For Grade I physical labor, the average energy consumption per 8-hour workday is 3,558.8 kJ per person; the labor efficiency rate is 61%, meaning the net working time is 293 minutes, which corresponds to light labor. 2.2 For Grade II physical labor, the average energy consumption per 8-hour workday is 5,560.1 kJ per person; the labor efficiency rate is 67%, meaning the net working time is 320 minutes, which corresponds to moderate-intensity labor. 2.3 For Grade III physical labor, the average energy consumption per 8-hour workday is 7,310.2 kJ per person; the labor efficiency rate is 73%, meaning the net working time is 350 minutes, which corresponds to heavy-intensity labor. 2.4 For Grade IV physical labor, the average energy consumption per 8-hour workday is 11,304.4 kJ per person; the labor efficiency rate is 77%, meaning the net working time is 370 minutes, which corresponds to labor of a \"very heavy\" intensity.

GB3869-1997 is too technical; for our manufacturing units, there are no intuitive and clear grading criteria. Whenever occupational health is involved, a set of calculations is required, as well as specialized testing equipment, and it’s still not clear how to determine the grades
I took another look; Appendix B of GBZ2.2-2007 on physical factors contains a straightforward description...
