It depends on your operating conditions: steam pressure, transfer temperature, pressure drop, pipeline length – there are many relevant factors. You can provide a detailed description of your operating conditions so that we can discuss them together.
The situation is different, so the amount of flash vapor generated also varies :)
Ours is a three-effect evaporator, with 74 degrees in the first effect. The second effect is over 50 degrees. Three-effect, over 40 degrees, steam pressure of 5 kilograms. Evaporation occurs under heating and negative pressure in the evaporator.
One ton of steam will produce one ton of condensate; it’s just a phase change that occurs.
Conservation of mass. . . . Complete solidification.
One ton of condensed water – isn’t that enough words? Is your question a bit strange?
It should be one ton, right? According to the law of conservation of mass

Theoretically, it should be one ton of steam per ton of condensed water; however, after accounting for the amount of flash vapor released and the non-condensable vapor drawn away to maintain vacuum, a conservative estimate suggests that there will be 0.9 to 0.95 tons of condensed liquid. . If the heat exchange area of the condensation system is insufficient or the temperature of the cooling water rising, the actual amount of condensed liquid will still decrease from 0.9 tons. . .
