Have there been any fluctuations in speed, and what kind? Let me start by talking about my situation. Our rotational speed is over 3,800 revolutions per minute, and it keeps fluctuating; the reason for this is still unknown. We’ve even replaced the frequency converter, but that didn’t help either! I’ve checked everything related to grounding and it seems fine. If it still doesn’t work, I’m not sure if replacing all the wires will help!

Try adjusting the setting parameters of the speed controller
If the pump is operating normally, it may be a problem with the frequency converter itself; it is recommended to have the manufacturer perform adjustments or replace it before trying again!
A speed fluctuation within 30 revolutions is normal and is related to the frequency
The speed fluctuations caused fluctuations in the system, but it returned to normal in less than a minute. It’s not clear yet what exactly is willing to be given!
Check the opening degree of your backflow valve, as well as the outlet valve behind the pump and the valve for oxygen discharge from the tower to see if they are not being adjusted automatically properly
