According to the process design, the length, diameter, and spiral design of the outlet pipe should be capable of triggering power shutdown when liquid flow stops. If such a phenomenon occurs in a single cell, it is necessary to compare the liquid level with that of the other liquid supply pipes; if the level is significantly higher, it is very likely that there are pinholes in the membrane, and they are quite large ; If it seems okay, you can slightly adjust the position of the liquid tube ; If this is a common phenomenon in most electrolyzers, the circulation rate can be appropriately reduced to lower the liquid level. It serves to cut off the power supply. If it is within the process parameters and the phenomenon is obvious, then the membrane issue needs to be considered!
If there are electric sparks in individual slots, it is advisable to check the membrane in those slots; pinholes in the membrane are the most likely cause.

It’s best to check the condition of the electrolytic cell—such as any changes in cell voltage, as well as the concentration and quality of the brine, and the quality of the produced alkali. Spurious current leakage may be caused by traffic issues.
