Yesterday, my supervisor told me that I was required to organize various records and logs, including the establishment and sorting of rules and regulations, as well as the organization of the warehouse; Also let me know that you plan to give me a set of keys for all the file cabinets, the warehouse, and the materials. I feel a bit “honored.” I’m currently working on a temporary basis; although I know I’m supposed to assist my supervisor with daily tasks, I can’t overstep my boundaries, as that would invite a lot of criticism. I really don’t know what to do; sometimes, please give me some advice
This shows that your leader recognizes your abilities; keep working hard and there’s no problem
Be brave, be confident, and stay calm at the same time

Don’t worry, it’s all minor issues. Our leader even asks us to fabricate data
It is possible to assign you greater responsibilities, have you do more work, and promote you to a higher position; On the other hand, it’s also possible that no professionals are available to handle these documents, so you’re used as a clerk, simply for organizing documents. It can be high or low; approach it with a calm mindset.
An opportunity has arisen; we must seize it while staying low-key.
At our department, the inventory records in the warehouse are in disarray. Since its establishment, no employee has been willing to take care of this task. I used to work in a Hong Kong-funded company, where my former manager taught me a lot. Here, I find that management is chaotic and the accounting records are in poor order; basically, no one seems to care about it, probably due to the fact that it’s a state-owned enterprise. Since I arrived here, based on my previous experience, I have helped the management with various tasks and organized some records
I have an idea now: maybe we can overstep the boundaries and just distribute some materials directly
Such strong work ability? I suspect your leader might be drunk and talking nonsense. Are you a lab technician? This seems to be the technician’s job.
