Yesterday, my supervisor told me that I was required to organize various records and logs, including the establishment and sorting of rules and regulations, as well as the organization of the warehouse； Also let me know that you plan to give me a set of keys for all the file cabinets, the warehouse, and the materials. I feel a bit “honored.” I’m currently working on a temporary basis; although I know I’m supposed to assist my supervisor with daily tasks, I can’t overstep my boundaries, as that would invite a lot of criticism. At our department, the inventory records in the warehouse are in disarray. Since its establishment, no employee has been willing to take care of this task. I used to work in a Hong Kong-funded company, where my former manager taught me a lot. Here, I find that management is chaotic and the accounting records are in poor order; basically, no one seems to care about it, probably due to the fact that it’s a state-owned enterprise. Since I arrived here, based on my previous experience, I have helped the management with various tasks and organized some records
