Our company has a reaction tower that is eight meters tall, and we now need to measure the liquid level about one meter below its bottom. The operating temperature of the medium is 205 degrees Celsius, the operating pressure is -0.09 MPa, and its density is estimated to be 1600 kg/m3. Crystallization occurs easily when the temperature drops below 180 degrees. Experts, please advise on what type of level gauge would provide accurate measurements without being affected by negative pressure or crystallization
A single-flange level gauge would be better, I guess.
I’m not sure whether it’s KROHNE or E+H – there is an angled insertion type capacitive level gauge that allows for linear output or output indicating high/low levels, depending on the viscosity of the material in question. For the specific measurement length, please consult the manufacturer
For capacitive level gauges, the operating temperature seems not to meet the requirements. Radar level gauges are a bit expensive. Guys, are there any other measurement methods that offer better cost-performance? ? ?

You might want to choose a magnetostrictive level gauge – the type that has a glass panel for indication and a probe that measures outside the container being monitored; however, it needs to be suitable for high temperatures; It seems there are options for integrated supply; by adding insulation around the balance vessel, it should work
