Problems with the lifting of the hydraulic rod in the oil pump

This post was last edited by lovestory on 2011-10-27 08:21. Our company’s automatic sampling machine is equipped with a gate, which is raised and lowered by two hydraulic rods. Recently, the gate rises slowly while descending quickly. At first, I thought the oil pump hose was connected incorrectly, but after making the necessary adjustments, it turned out that wasn’t the cause. I would like to ask the experts first: how should this issue be handled? Thank you!
We analyzed that it might be a lack of oil; even after adding more oil, the speed remains low. Please help solve this issue
