As the title suggests, what are the refineries that have plans or are currently in the process of expansion or renovation? Those are the projects I’m referring to
Almost all the refineries owned by the three major oil companies are under renovation or planning to be renovated – this is something that every one of them is doing! You need to ask the people at the specific branch for the details!
They should all be preparing for expansion in the next two or three years
