Now every company is making efforts to reduce energy consumption and emissions. What waste heat resources can be utilized for polyvinyl chloride? How can it be utilized?
The HCl two-in-one graphite synthesis furnace produces by-product steam, converted circulating hot water, and dried steam condensate. Is there anything else? Let’s discuss this

The water used in our plant’s acetylene generators is the clear liquid that results from filtering calcium carbide residue under pressure. MS shouldn’t be added to it, right? :o Adding it will result in more slurry being discharged, causing environmental incidents. Last edited by clq20040107 on 2007-8-31 02:27.]
Based on my experience, the usable waste heat from PVC production can be utilized as follows: 1. The steam and hot water generated by the polymerization drying heaters can be used in bathhouses or fed back into boilers to regenerate steam. 2. The heat from the hot water tanks can be transferred to lithium bromide units or used directly. 3. Synthesis furnaces may be of either steam-type or hot-water-type; the choice between them should be determined based on whether the lithium bromide unit at the refrigeration plant requires hot water or steam. 4. The polymerization mother liquor, after undergoing two-stage filtration, can be used for sulfuric acid production. The generator mentioned above is for reference only! ! !
I wonder if treated wastewater can be reused? Is there any way?
The heat from the centrifuged mother liquor is used for preheating hot pure water
The waste heat from calcium carbide slurry can be utilized.
The slurry exiting the stripper can be used to preheat the slurry entering the stripper; similarly, the wastewater from the wastewater stripper can be used to preheat the wastewater entering the wastewater stripper.
