Is the inner wall painted in accordance with regulations when the pipe fittings are supplied? What are the guidelines? If the materials require cleanliness, and paint peeling could affect quality, does the paint on the inner walls need to be removed?
Generally, the inner walls of fittings and pipes are not painted when they are supplied. Are there any regulatory requirements in this regard? However, if it is specified in the owner’s contract documents, then painting is necessary

Painting is generally not required. If painting has already been done and it affects the manufacturing process, the inner paint must be removed; I’ve actually encountered such cases!

Generally, it’s not necessary. If the pipe is painted, one needs to be careful during inspection; many small manufacturers with poor quality standards tend to paint the entire pipe, in order to conceal their quality issues
Some are painted black at the customer’s request, apparently for corrosion protection. If you are the manufacturer, then proceed according to the customer’s requirements; if you are the end user, it depends on the needs of the project!
