The level gauge shows fluctuations – how to deal with it?

The remote level display of the waste boiler drum in our plant is suddenly fluctuating greatly; we don’t know the cause and are looking for a solution. I hope fellow sailors can give me some advice; thank you!
Additional note: The glass tube level gauge on site shows a stable reading.
What is your method of measurement: a two-chamber equilibrium vessel, a single-chamber equilibrium vessel, or ordinary differential pressure measurement with an isolation tank? Check whether there might be bubbles in the pipeline; you can try blowing air at the site to see ； Check for any leaks in the pipelines on site
It depends on the method you use for measurement: differential pressure flanges, ultrasound – each has its own advantages
It’s just a normal differential pressure setup, with the lower end connected to the liquid phase and the upper end connected to the gas phase.
If the liquid level fluctuates greatly, first analyze the process to determine what impacts it may have. If one is not very familiar with the process, it will be necessary to consult tables for information. If conditions permit, check first whether there are any leaks in the capillaries and whether the diaphragms in the positive and negative pressure chambers are damaged. If everything is fine, then perform a proper zero adjustment and observe again.
