Our company has a polypropylene production facility with an annual capacity of 80,000 tons. Currently, there is a leak in one of the polymerization reactors; we seek expert guidance! Thank you so much!
What the original poster is referring to is probably the intermittent mode of the small unit. It’s not specific enough. It would be best to describe the phenomenon in more detail. Where did it leak from? Does the equipment at the leakage site meet the operational requirements?
It should be explained in more detail – all aspects from the process parameters of the reaction to the equipment selection parameters need to be listed, so that the cause of the leakage can be analyzed
