Paragraph 3.0.2 of the Code for Fire Protection in Petrochemical Industries (GB50160-2008) states that Class B liquids with an operating temperature above their flash point should be regarded as Class AB liquids； Does the operating temperature mentioned here refer to the normal operating temperature or the maximum operating temperature? I think the highest operating temperature should be referred to; is this view correct?
In my understanding, the operating temperature refers to the highest temperature that can be reached!
In my opinion, in process operations, there is a range for the operating temperature; therefore, any temperature within this range can be considered the operating temperature, rather than referring to just a specific temperature value or the highest temperature value.
