I need help: Are there any explicit regulations stating that lightning rods must be installed at sites where liquid chlorine is produced and filled? How are these regulations worded, and where can they be found? Thank you!
The production and filling of liquid chlorine are generally carried out indoors; there are no particularly large-scale production facilities. Moreover, liquid chlorine is only a combustion aid, not a flammable or combustible substance. In my opinion, it is sufficient to design the relevant factories for lightning protection in accordance with the \"Code for Design of Lightning Protection of Buildings\" GB50057-94, and that is exactly what we do.
