Issues with flaw detection stamps

I would like to ask where it is specified that a flaw detection stamp is required. I heard it’s mentioned in JB/T4730, but I can’t find it anywhere
For RT inspection of CS welds, it should be done on the side next to the weld, as this facilitates the examination of the RT film and helps to determine the location of each image, thereby preventing any images from being missed. I think that’s how it works...
Do you mean stamping it on the device or on the plate? Now, layout diagrams are used to address this issue. Moreover, it is generally not allowed to stamp steel containers; however, it is correct to stamp the RT testing areas on carbon steel containers, and the inspection details for stainless steel containers should be clearly indicated in the inspection schematics.
