Our unit is currently in the testing phase; 3 additional unit cells have been added to slot A. This has an impact on the monitoring of the total voltage of the electrochemical cells as well as on the data displayed on the PLC monitoring interface. To prevent issues such as voltage levels exceeding acceptable limits, the monitoring interface for the voltage in slot A has been \"disabled\" – meaning that the data from this slot is not sent to the DCS, and it is monitored entirely at the site level. All values displayed by the DCS are false; there will be no shutdown interlocks or anything of the sort. The other one is the flow rate into the tank; just increase it appropriately based on the calculations!

What was said above is correct – the inter-cell voltage difference interlock and flow rate interlock are quite important; it’s necessary to disconnect or modify these interlocks in advance. Also, when the number of cells changes, the flow rate must change as well, and accordingly, the amount of pure water or acid added must also be adjusted.
Add 3 unit slots? I wonder what kind of troughs you use on the 2nd floor

It uses Woody’s electrolyzer! Since there are always spare electrolyzers available, when a few cells are replaced occasionally, only a few remain. The spacing can be increased by up to 5.6 unit slots; to boost production, the spare unit slots are put to use! It’s just 3 pieces!
