The inlet pipeline of the non-Rouwa coal slurry pump is equipped with a buffer tank and rubber hoses. Should these rubber hoses be in a cylindrical shape and pressed tightly against the inlet pipe, or should they be folded and located inside the inlet pipe? Or can I have both?
If there are a buffer tank and rubber hoses, pressure should be transmitted to the buffer tank so that it can function. The transfer of pressure causes the hoses to deform; therefore, under normal pressure, the rubber hoses should be at a certain distance from the tank walls, but they stick close to the tank walls when under pressure

I used to help my master disassemble the buffer tank at the outlet; there is a certain pressure inside the air bag in that tank. When the external pressure is high, the air bag deforms, while when the pressure is low, it presses against the inner wall and squeezes the coal slurry out, thereby helping to balance the pressure at the outlet!
What could be the cause of the noise coming from the check valve in the buffer tank of the non-Rouwa coal slurry pump? I would appreciate some advice from those with more experience!
Reply to 5# Blue Eyes 35: When the pressure inside the tank is equal to the pressure of the coal slurry, the check valve will make noise; increasing or decreasing the pressure of the coal slurry can resolve this issue.
