1. OCTGAIN technology The OCTGAIN technology developed by Mobil is divided into two stages.: Hydrorefining + octane recovery. ISAL technology The ISAL technology developed by UOP has similarities with OCTGAIN technology, that is, its process is also divided into two stages: hydrofining and octane recovery. It is characterized by high olefin saturation, high desulfurization depth, small octane number loss and slight liquid recovery loss. 3. SCANFINING technology The Scanfining technology developed by ExxonMobil uses the function of a selective hydrogenation catalyst to reduce olefin saturation while hydrodesulfurizing. This method has the characteristics of high product liquid yield and slight loss of octane number. 4. RSDS technology In view of the characteristics that olefins in catalytically cracked gasoline are mainly concentrated in the light fraction of gasoline, and sulfur and aromatic hydrocarbons are mainly concentrated in the heavy fraction of gasoline, the Institute of Petrochemical Science has developed RSDS technology for selective hydrodesulfurization of catalytic cracked gasoline. This technology has the characteristics of low olefin saturation rate, low hydrogen consumption, and less octane loss. 5. RIDOS technology RIDOS technology is a technology developed by the Petrochemical Science Research Institute for the production of Class II unleaded gasoline and Class III unleaded gasoline according to the world fuel standards. This technology has the following characteristics: High desulfurization activity, high olefin saturation activity, and low octane number loss.
