For parking and maintenance purposes, after depressurizing the synthesis tower, alcoholization tower, and hydrocarbonation tower, what pressure level should be set for the system during startup? Why is it necessary to turn on the electric furnace at that point? What are the disadvantages of it being too high or too low?
The synthesis system is generally pressurized to 5 MPa, mainly to maintain a certain air velocity and protect the electric furnace
Due to the different design pressures of the system units, the pressurization pressures used vary as well; furthermore, the pressures required for catalyst replacement also differ, and these pressures should generally not be too high.
