Which is better, a vacuum baffle valve or a vacuum butterfly valve?

I’m not sure which is better, a vacuum baffle valve or a vacuum butterfly valve, under more demanding operating conditions DN1000 and DN900 pipelines.
We manufacture a large number of vacuum butterfly valves. The original poster can consult me if they want; haha, I’m not very familiar with vacuum baffle valves. Jiangnan Valves!
They are widely used in butterfly valves in the fermentation industry, just my personal opinion!

Personally, I think vacuum butterfly valves would be better, with a higher sealing rating! However, the one-time investment for butterfly valves is likely to be higher. Therefore, the choice depends on the requirements of the equipment regarding the manufacturing process, as well as cost-effectiveness; it is believed that the design institute will provide the end-user with the optimal technical solution.
I think butterfly valves are the trend, but we have a type here that is a baffle butterfly valve, hehe
The baffle valve should be better, as it has better sealing properties
