Why is a steam pipeline connected before the outlet pipe of the methanol synthesis tower enters the air-cooling tower?
Does the current device still have a pipeline? That is used for dewaxing. When methanol operates with air cooling, wax formation can affect heat exchange, and this issue can be resolved by raising the temperature with steam.
It would be more reasonable to install that pipe between the outlet of the air cooler and the inlet of the water cooler. I think that if paraffin does form, it will accumulate more severely in the water cooler, as the temperature at which wax forms there meets its requirements··············Just my humble opinion
Wax boiling, for hot washing; blind flanges are added during the production process
It would be more reasonable to install that pipe between the outlet of the air cooler and the outlet of the gas heat exchanger at the tower inlet
These pipelines are generally not installed these days; wax can be removed by controlling the flow rate of the circulating water
It should be the pipeline for dewaxing~~
