Issues regarding the pipeline transport of toluene

I would like to ask the experts: Due to land-use planning outside our facility, we need to reroute an underground pipeline that was previously used to transport toluene. According to current regulations, it is no longer allowed to use underground pipelines; instead, the pipeline must be laid above ground. I cannot find any regulations regarding the required safety distances from surrounding buildings and roads. I hope everyone can help me with this. Thank you
I’ve never heard of this toluene either; you should look up the regulations regarding the safe distance between hazardous chemicals and buildings as well as roads
I understand what you mean: for the toluene pipelines outside your plant, which are used to transport the substance to other facilities or for electrical purposes, the provisions of Note 6 in Article 4.1.10 of the petrochemical regulations can be followed
