As the title suggests, let’s talk about what types of instrumentation is used and what brands they are from

Let me start by mentioning them myself: Temperature: Rosemount, Foxboro. Pressure: Rosemount, Foxboro. Level: Orion, K-Tek, Intra, Magnetrol. Control valves: Flowserve, Fisher, CCI. DCS: DELTAV. ESD: HIMA
Pressure transmitters: mainly Rosemount; some EJA models as well. Control valves: Shanghai ValveTech. Level gauges: E+H. DCS systems: Zhejiang University Control Systems

We mostly use E+H products, while the DCS is from Siemens!

The instruments used by PetroChina are mostly imported, as ordinary factories cannot afford them; but I’ll list them briefly for your reference. Voltage transformers and current transformers are mainly from Rosemount ； A small portion of them, about 10%, are from Yokogawa EJA; they are mainly used in complete sets of equipment because they are cheaper ； Very few complete sets of equipment are equipped with Siemens transmitters. Most of the primary components for temperature measurement use domestic products, but imported ones are also used at key measurement points ； For temperature sensors, Rosemount and Siemens are the main choices. For mass flow meters, Rosemont’s HighAccurate models are the most common; there are also some models from Coriolis, E+H, and Siemens. For electromagnetic flow meters, E+H is the leading brand, with smaller amounts of products from other brands as well. For ABB, Rosemount products are the most common. There are too many types of flow meters to list them all here; only a few have been mentioned. As for control valves, Fisher is the main supplier ； There are also domestic valve bodies that are not particularly important; they are used with Fisher and Siemens positioners. MESTO produces a large number of switch valves, but these are all assembled in Shanghai. The solenoid valves are basically from ASCCO
Flowmeters: Barton, Flowmetrics. Our equipment is also imported; ordinary organizations probably can’t afford it. It’s just very user-friendly, with few problems occurring
