Dear sea friends, could you please tell me if a degree certificate in English linguistics can be used as a substitute for the professional English proficiency test? Can the National Computer Level 2 Certificate replace the professional computer qualification?
It can’t be, right? They’re two different things; professional English and computer skills are relatively simple
III. Conditions for exemption from examination 1. Those who have published more than 10,000 words of translated articles since taking up their current position and have been promoted to an intermediate rank, or those who have published more than 30,000 words of translated articles and have been promoted to a senior rank. 2. Those who, since taking up their current position, have been approved by the organization to study or pursue further training abroad for more than one year, or who have completed the intensive foreign language training programs designated by the state for those going abroad within the past two years and passed the examinations. 3. Those who have obtained a master’s degree or passed the foreign language exam required for completion of postgraduate studies and have been promoted to an intermediate position, or those who have obtained a doctoral degree and have been promoted to a senior position.
