During operation, all the coal powder flows converge in the center of the gasification furnace to form a central circle of approximately 200 mm in diameter; this allows the gas stream resulting from the reaction to form a swirl, which facilitates the separation of slag from the gas as well as the formation of slag deposits. 2. If there is no angle, it will result in opposite-direction spraying relative to the coal burner on the opposite side; if the pressure becomes too high, the fluid will be sprayed directly at the burner on the opposite side, damaging the equipment. At a certain angle, water will spray onto the slag protection layer and refractory material protection layer of the water wall, not only damaging the equipment.
