It’s not that professional actually; for monitoring the liquid level in the boiler’s drum and the flame in the furnace, a camera is used, with at most an alarm added as well. Just find someone who installs surveillance systems to do it, or go to an electronics store to buy a complete set of equipment for setting up surveillance yourself.
