It’s mainly the major aspects: ordering, negotiation, site selection, and so on ； Especially, which ones are related to the **department? What is the sequence? Are there any good ways to solve this? Without these, the project cannot be approved for construction; there is no talk of negotiating technical attachments, conducting business negotiations, or carrying out tendering for construction.
Site selection, land acquisition, preparation of a project proposal, obtaining the land permit; after arranging the loan matters with the bank, a feasibility study report is prepared. Once the environmental and safety assessments are approved, bidding takes place, followed by design work. Equipment procurement is carried out simultaneously with the design phase, and then installation follows. Finally, construction is completed, testing is done, and everything is approved once it passes the tests!
