What type of reactor should be chosen?

Dear colleagues, ultra-fine silica powder (finer than 325 mesh) needs to be dissolved in an acidic solution. Stirring alone is not sufficient to ensure complete dissolution; some of the powder will remain on the surface of the liquid or form clumps within it. May I ask what type of reactor should be used for dissolving such fine powder in acid? Thank you!
