The domestic design and operation of ammonia-based urea production in China

Why hasn’t any design firm considered combining carbon dioxide and ammonia stripping processes to develop a new process?
To the best of our knowledge, there is no domestically designed ammonia stripping process at present, and the number of manufacturers operating such processes in China is also limited. Additionally, for the CO2 stripping process, no patent fees are anymore charged for the traditional membrane condenser technology used in this process. The process packages developed for this purpose, those with model numbers 2000+, seem to derive their process diagrams and equipment designs from the location where Cardang is based.
