I would like to ask the experts: Into which category should the hazard classification of petroleum coke be placed? Furthermore, what issues should be taken into consideration when designing the petroleum coke warehouse and the solid sulfur warehouse as part of the same facility? The national fire safety regulations provide some guidelines, but they are not very explicit; aspects such as safety distances, warehouse size, the fire resistance rating of the buildings, and whether fire protection measures are required are all matters of concern. Reply to 1# rechuli: Where would one build a warehouse for coke? I’ve never seen that. There is, however, an open-air facility for drying coke, which is quite simple
