In the plant’s absorption towers, there are often sudden fluctuations in liquid level, of around 5% to 10%. I would like to ask the experts: is this problem caused by an excessive circulation rate or by an issue with the pumps? Use water to absorb formaldehyde gas. Because reducing the circulation rate slightly can solve this problem, but I feel that lowering the circulation rate affects the absorption efficiency.
Can the load issues and control valve problems be ruled out? I think these are the causes
