The Tang Tieling Energy and Chemical Project Preparation Office was officially established in October 2007, and is affiliated with China Datang Group Corporation. The provisional office is currently located in Tiaobingshan City, Tieling Province, 35 kilometers east of Tieling City and 80 kilometers south of Shenyang City. Tiaobingshan City is rich in energy resources, boasts a beautiful environment and convenient transportation, and has promising prospects for economic development; it has been named one of the **Top 10 Cleanest Cities for many years in a row. The preparatory office for the Datang Tieling Energy and Chemical Project is currently developing projects including a polypropylene production facility with an annual output of 600,000 tons, two 300MW coal gangue power plants, as well as wind power projects in the Liaoning region; the total planned investment for these projects is 23 billion yuan. In accordance with the organizational structure and position requirements approved by the group company, and taking into account the functions of the preparatory office as well as the needs of the preliminary work for the coal gangue power plant, the chemical industry, and wind power projects, it has been decided to recruit some employees from the companies under the group company.
