After the tubular heat exchanger is assembled, high-pressure water washing doesn’t work – are there any other solutions?
It depends on the solvent being used; it’s better to clean with a solvent. Common solvents used for acrylic resins include TOL/XYL/N-BUOH, etc.

Soak it in propanone for cleaning; stirring helps a lot. It has a somewhat high level of toxicity
If that doesn’t work, you can simply use NMP for cleaning! NMP is a relatively good solvent, but its price is unaffordable; therefore, it is recommended to use a mixture of NMP and other solvents in certain proportions for cleaning!
For pipes and containers, if deformation is not a concern, you can simply use fire to treat them； Organic solvents such as propane and toluene can also be used, but it is rather tedious.
