The energy consumption of the device mainly includes steam, electricity, and water. There are meters for measuring steam and water, but how is electricity consumption measured? Please give some advice

A device has a specified power consumption value during its preliminary design; if the design documents for the device in question are complete, this value can be determined easily, otherwise it will be necessary to calculate it one by one. Count one for normal driving conditions, and one for the maximum power consumption condition
A real power meter can be installed on the device to find out.
