How to recycle transformed condensate
This post was last edited by 654262293 on 2011-2-26 at 16:47; it’s probably the condensate from sulfur-resistant shift reaction in coal water slurry gas production! The high-temperature condensate is sent to the vaporization unit for recovery after flashing, while the low-temperature condensate is sent to the vaporization unit for recovery after stripping!
After carbon dioxide removal by stripping, it is returned to the soft water system for reuse.
The recovery of condensate primarily involves recovering thermal energy as well as desalinated water. Thermal energy is recovered and used in areas such as reheat and external gasification units that require heat of equivalent quality; if its quality is very low, it is sent back to the boiler or water treatment systems for reuse
We send the treated condensate to the pure ammonia system in the refining unit, thereby reducing the amount of desalinated water used.

The condensed liquid resulting from our transformation is stripped using medium-pressure steam; once its conductivity and pH levels are within acceptable ranges, it is sent either to a deionization unit for recovery or used as jacket water in the conversion section.
We are used to supply water and replenish heat in the hot water circulation system.
In the Kellogg process, the condensate from the conversion process first enters a steam stripping tower, where impurities such as methanol and ammonia are removed. After that, it is sent to the desalination unit; once desalted, it enters the desalinated water system for reuse. The steam from the stripper outlet is added to the inlet of Stage 1 furnace for use as process steam.
Ours is concentrated in the conversion condensation tank before being fed into the conversion system
