What are the requirements to enter the Graduate School of Evolutionary Sciences or the Tianchen College?

Dear all, may I ask? Xiao Shuo holds a degree in Process Control and Automation, graduated in 2012; he has 2 years of work experience at a first-class design institute, and his undergraduate degree was obtained from a 211 university. Is there a chance to go to Huasan Third Hospital or Tianchen Hospital? What other conditions are needed? If I can’t get into those larger compounds, should I go to the compound where I’m currently staying first (Grade A)? Will there be a chance to enter those larger compounds later on? How should one make a choice? Thank you!
With your situation, others would just take you right away. . . . A 211 university degree for both bachelor’s and master’s studies, a relevant major – that’s almost enough to get you the job. On top of that, with your practical experience in the industry, who else would they want?
Some of my classmates have gone to Tianchen; both their bachelor’s and master’s degrees were obtained from 211 universities, which is quite important. Moreover, good engineering schools are required for admission. Among my classmates, there are those who went to Wuhuan, Chengda, Saiding, and Hualu
Thank you, I’m just not sure. I’m not sure how to choose, because there’s a relatively smaller courtyard here that they want me to go to, but I still prefer the larger courtyard as I think it will be better for my future development. So I’d like to ask about the requirements for those compounds.
Both large and small teams have their own characteristics; perhaps small teams require higher overall capabilities from individuals, as the division of tasks within them is not as detailed. It’s hard to say what happened in 2012; competition in design firms is becoming increasingly fierce these days. The key is to see if there are people better than you competing for the limited number of positions available
