The equipment maintenance is complete and work can start, but how do I write a work commencement request? :L
The main contents include: a brief description of the start-up conditions, the status of unit maintenance, system inspections (including purging, pressure testing, leak testing, etc. related to repairs), preparation of raw materials, safety measures*, and evaluation of the start-up conditions.
