Is this really necessary? Personally, I think there’s no need to change it as long as the parameters remain the same.

It seems this has a lot to do with the skill level of the maintenance personnel. To maintain production stability, it’s better to accept everyone’s suggestions and replace them all!
There’s no need to replace them all; it’s also acceptable to process just one. All that’s required is to accurately measure parameters such as the helix angle modification coefficient of the damaged gear.
