Waste heat boiler

The waste heat boiler in our company’s 150,000 tons/year catalytic cracking unit is not performing well; the temperature of the flue gas after passing through this boiler reaches 450 degrees, and a large portion of the heat is not utilized. Therefore, we want to replace the current waste heat boiler, but we’re not sure which company is best suited for manufacturing such equipment. The domestic ones are fine; generally, there are no problems with them.
This is not a problem of the waste heat boiler manufacturer; it is a matter that needs to be considered in the design regarding heat exchange conversion
It’s related to heat exchange and calculation for selection; adding another stage of waste heat boiler can also solve the issue
It is estimated that after prolonged operation, the tube bundle loses its efficiency in heat transfer; it’s better to replace it with a new one – the investment can be recovered within just one year of use.
