In the flushing plan: What do PLAN 32+54+62 mean respectively?

Solution 32: External flushing fluid is injected into the sealed flushing hole. Option 54: A pressurized external isolation fluid container or system supplies clean fluid to the sealed chamber. Option 62: External fluid quenching. The oil slurry pump uses incoming flushing liquid, which is diesel, along with steam from a pressurized isolation container; external fluid quenching is not utilized. In fact, it seems that it’s possible to do without it
