L245 is a pipeline material from abroad
The poster has provided the pipe specifications from the foreign API 5L standard; you can take a look at the attachment, API 5L-2007. The attachment is too large and exceeds the upload size limit, but it can be found online
In standard GB9711.1**, the material L245 refers to one whose specified total elongation stress at RT0.5 is 245. The naming convention is similar to that of Q235, and its mechanical properties are comparable to those of 20#~
L245 is the same as X42 pipeline steel; it’s just called by a different name due to differing standards, but now the naming should be standardized.

L245 is a steel pipe used for pipeline transportation in the oil and gas industry； It is a spiral-welded steel pipe made from steel coils as raw material, formed by normal-temperature extrusion, and welded using an automatic double-wire double-sided submerged arc welding process. Under no circumstances should 20# be used as a substitute; the corresponding American Standard API 5L grade is X42
