How is maintenance carried out on a regular basis? For example, in cases where clogging is likely to occur or freezing problems arise in winter. Sometimes, even after the device has been in use for over 6 years, the auxiliary valves remain completely closed and have never been used; I wonder if that means they are unnecessary The valves in some other places are the same as well! Is it redundant?
Bypass valves are generally located in the bypass of flow meters or control valves, and are also known as bypass valves. The auxiliary valve is opened mainly when the fittings on the main line are not functioning properly, allowing for the repair of the damaged fittings. As for what the original poster said: it’s unlikely that the auxiliary valve won’t be used for 6 years, because at least during maintenance, all valves that are not in use regularly will be checked.
1. Most remain essentially unchanged, unless a bypass is needed during equipment maintenance； 2. During shutdown, the purge system needs to be turned on for purging ； 3. There are areas prone to freezing; anti-freezing measures need to be taken slightly in winter.
