I would like to ask everyone: what are the regulations regarding anti-corrosion painting of dome-shaped storage tanks? Is it necessary to paint both the inner and outer walls? If insulation is applied to the outer wall, is it still required to apply a topcoat? Thank you first

The media stored in the tanks we design are usually oils, which are not entirely clean; so does that mean the inner walls also need to be painted? The drawings specify that anti-corrosion painting should be carried out in accordance with GB50393-2008. As for exactly how to apply this painting to the inner and outer walls, I’m a bit confused; could everyone please provide more detailed instructions?:)
