Hot work equipment must be isolated, depressurized, purged, and internally cleaned until satisfactory. Only after gas analysis yields acceptable results and approval is granted can a valid hot work permit be issued. Hot work may then be carried out only in the presence of a supervisor and with appropriate protective measures in place. (X) I looked at it over and over again; I always felt it should be correct. But the answer was indeed wrong. Who has any opinions? Please share

In accordance with Article 5 of the \"TSG R0004-2009 Safety Technical Inspection Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels\": (1) Units engaged in the installation, modification, and maintenance of pressure vessels must be those that have obtained the corresponding manufacturing license or installation, modification, and maintenance license； (2) Before installing, modifying, or repairing pressure vessels, the units engaged in such work shall notify the pressure vessel use registration authority in writing. Therefore, two additional conditions must be met for hot work on pressure equipment. Of course, when working inside equipment, a confined space work permit is also required.
