Looking at HG20582, the last two calculations are the translated content of these two announcements. A special reminder: the compilation instructions for these two are incorrect
Calculating according to HG20582 does not yield correct results; therefore, the original text is needed for research
Manual calculation! SW6 incorporates these two circulars, allowing for direct software calculation; perhaps it is not within the scope of application of SW6. I also couldn’t find the English original.

It’s finally been sent. The latest version of WRC 107 was updated in March 2002; this latest version is not available, only the 1979 version exists. The SW6 calculation software also uses the 1979 version. Sharing with everyone to improve together!
